Entire machine is controlled and supervised by high performance motion
controller. The 'ETHERNET/ IP BASED COMMUNICATION SYSTEM' for machine
automation maintains tight synchronization between controller and drives,
providing fast, reliable, and errorless communication. Master control panel
consists touch screen operator interface located at rewind side.
Mimmum Wastage level and minimum dependency on labor due to increased
automation and easy operating system.
Distinctively designed and precisely machined, strong and sturdy, steel frame
structure, maintains accuracy over long dependable life and ensures less
vibration even with optimum line speed.

Specially designed, low friction-low inertia, dynamically balanced idle rollers, mounted on low frictton bearings enhance rotational smoothness. Properly grooved, ground and balanced the rollers are made of specially graded anti-corrosion aluminum alloy.
Shaft-less unwind & rewind web tension controlled by
using latest generation Servo Motor and Servo Drive The system maintains the
set tension precisely throughout the reel run. The system mainly composed of
AC Servo Drive and Servo Motor, pneumatically loaded low friction dancing
roller assembly and load cell for tension feed-back and actual tension
display.
The unwind & rewind arms move on high prectsion linear bushings and
supported on ground chromeplated steel bars.
Coating unit is driven by an AC servomotor through a
gear box. Speed can be set by means of push buttons and monitored on the
display (touch screen or HMI) The AC servo drive ensures that the set speed
is maintain.
Coaling station mainly consists of hollow type coating cylinder assembly,
high temperature resist silicon coated rubber roller and coating tray
connected with re-circulating tank by electrically heated steel braided hose
pipe for supply and return of melted wax. Ultrasonic level sensor maintams
melted wax level and separate mould temperature controller maintains
temperature in coating tray.
Specially designed doctor blade group ensures a straight profile of the blade resulting tn lesser blade pressure, better coating quality and longer cylinder life.
Automatic length register control system with full
colored touch screen operator interface facilitates automatic mark
recognition.
Selection of different control parameters during machine speed changes and
control parameters individually configurable to different materials for easy
operator selection.
The in feed system maintains set tension between unwind and coating station and the same way outfeed system maintains tension between coating and rewind. The system mainly composed of matt chromium plated steel roller. AC servo motor and AC drive, load cells and rubber covered nip roller with pneumatically adjustable pressure.
Motorized web video inspection system consists of high quality CCD color camera. Industrial PC & Monitor (facilitates sequential inspection of the lateral and entire print repeat of the web).
Jacketed chrome plated chill rollers ('S' wrap) driven by AC servo motor and drive facilitates water Circulation to maintain desired surface temperature of the roller.
Ventilation Module consists of centrifugal fan to collect fumes from coating zone. Necessary cartridge type removable filter arrangements provided for quick cleaning
Mainly composed of jacketed pre-melter tank and
recycle tank made from stainless steel. Pre-melter tank facilitates
pneumatically openable lid for ease of access and to store melted wax.
Temperature of Jacketed piping inside the pre-metter tank maintains through
mould temperature controller.
Jacketed re-circulation tank receive wax from premelter tank and feed to
application area through gear pump. Also store wax return from coating tray
(application area)
Complete system consists of globe valve, jacked ball valve & needle valve
with fix & flexible piping including electrical & steel braided hose
connections
